Administrator, Central Square Programme

Later this year BBC Cymru Wales will be relocating to a new purpose-built broadcast headquarters in Central Square, which will be delivered by the Central Square Programme. We are now looking for an Administrator to work alongside the Programme Office Manager and Migration Snr Project Manager, this is an entry level position to work within the programme.
You will organise key meetings, coordinating and distributing agendas, supporting documents, production and distribution of minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
You will also be required to prepare straightforward analysis, manipulation and interpretation of data, and be able to create Power Point presentations. You will also work with the programme coordinators to ensure the timely update of deliverables, milestones and resource forecasts.
Are you the right candidate?
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and administration skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining a high standard of work at all times.
You will have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a working environment and operate successfully in a team, and have good attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to ensure facts are correct, complete and consistent.
