We are looking for a Research Executive to join the Brand & Marketing Insight team, responsible for evaluating the performance of the marketing and brands amongst our Audiences. We are a team of five analytical and creative individuals with a passion for what we do and a drive to have impact across the organisation. Day to day the team manage our trackers and run ad hoc research projects to assess the performance of the various brands, products and campaigns, to provide actionable learnings & recommendations to help drive more informed decision making across Brand & Marketing.
This is a permanent role, based at Broadcast Centre, London.
This role will support the management of our three trackers, Brand, Reputation and Marketing. This requires managing relationships with the research agencies and internal stakeholders and developing deliverables to be shared across marketing, brand, creative and media.
Beyond tracking, the team also run ad-hoc projects to help inform strategic Marketing or Brand questions. The research executive will support senior members of the team in working on ad-hoc research, where they will gain experience managing agencies and learning about a variety of research methodologies.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for Brand & Marketing, capable of using our tracking datasets to help address key business questions and senior members of the team. You’ll have experience in analysing data and using a range of data sets to deliver actionable audience insights to both creative and strategic stakeholders. The successful candidate needs to be proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using Telmar and Tableu would be helpful.
The ideal candidate will be good at project management and coordination with experience working in clientside or agency side research role. Experience with quantitative research, in particular working on tracking will be a bonus.
The Research Executive is also responsible for developing and running the teams communication roadmap; they will need good written skills as they will be required to write portal articles, and organise larger internal events to ensure we’re increasing the impact our work is having across the business.
