We have an exciting role within the Content Marketing and Creative team as a Brands & Marketing Production Manager. Working closely with the Producer, you will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, and delivery of campaigns for key priority titles like Doctor WhoTop Gear, Franchise Brands as well as Digital and Branding projects.  You will also have the opportunity to work with Creatives on scoping out campaign ideas, support budget needs for both large-scale shot campaigns and clip-based ideas.

This role will give you exposure to the production of marketing assets across a variety of platforms ranging from on-air, print, social, and short-form content and you will be collaborating with Production and Creative teams, the Digital Customer Engagement Team as well as the Brands and Content Marketing departments.

Role Responsibility

As an experienced Production Manager with short-form and digital production experience, your key responsibilities will include supporting the Producers in managing large 360 campaigns including sourcing footage, booking post-production, and dealing with multiple deliveries in different formats.

Independently managing smaller digital or B2B projects; setting up shoots both live-action and stills; managing and reconciling multiple project budgets.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have forged your career in production and broadcast media and are passionate about working in collaboration with a team of designers, creatives, and marketers. You will have a thorough knowledge of putting together complex budgets and timelines using MS Excel. Demonstrable experience in live tracking and communicating the consequences of changes to a variety of relevant stakeholders, and the ability to put contingency planning in place and mitigate risk.

With the experience of managing budgets exceeding £100K, putting together complex shoots, and delivering completed projects on time and to budget, you will also be adept at managing multiple work streams, bringing relevant stakeholders together to deliver on all aspects of the campaign.  Strong stakeholder relationship management is a must.

You possess a collaborative communication style and a global mindset, effectively able to establish rapport with people at all levels, enabling you to lead change. You adapt effectively to a variety of situations and possess the resilience and stamina to sustain effective performance under pressure.
