Due to progression within the Customer Engagement Team, we have an opportunity for a Content Planning Manager to join on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the Director of Customer Engagement to deliver best in class experience in accessing and engaging with our content for our customers and internal teams. The key focus of this role will be the oversight of our content pipeline; planning our marketing content output against the business priorities.

The Customer Engagement teams purpose is to connect our customers to our Bold, British Creative content in the most efficient and effective way. Part of the Brands & Marketing division, the team utilises a strong product and data focus. Partnering with the Technology to translate business requirements and drive constant improvements to our ways of working.

Role Responsibility

Establish and implement new ways of working with Sales, Marketing, Content Partnerships, and Production to map the promotion of content to our customer base. You will also act as a central point person, liaising with key stakeholders to identify the content pipeline priorities and communicate these to relevant teams.

You will be responsible for the content planning process, overseeing the content asset tracker; monitoring deadlines, and ensuring marketing assets deliver to business needs. Collaborating with internal teams including the marketing team to drive the creation of new and updated content for our customer-facing tools (images, copy & video).

Manage the end-to-end process from production to delivery on promotional assets and episodes. You will be responsible for uploading content for our digital events via our Content Management System (CMS) and overseeing the design and sign-off process.

Oversee asset governance process and act as the main point of contact for governance queries (i.e. stings), supported by Director of Customer Engagement.

Monitor & feedback on competitors' editorial positioning and communication activity.

Feed into our new Content Pipeline tool development and the annual and quarterly budgeting process.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need demonstrable experience in asset management and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Previous experience working with content development, delivery, and an understanding of the media sector and/or sales environment will be advantageous.

You will be a skilled communicator with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work at pace and enjoy collaborating effectively with different levels of stakeholders both internally and externally.

You will need the ability to take your own initiative to maintain project momentum and be dynamic and confident with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
