Finance Business Partner, Commercial Planning and Analysis - FTC
The Finance Business Partner will support the Head of CP&A and the business in providing an overall view of forecasted performance of the business area, supporting deals and providing proactive strategic analysis.
Responsible for delivering business wide strategic insight, best practice and standardised ways of working, managing three analysts within the CP&A team. As a CP&A Manager, you will provide financial and sales analysis to the wider business, reporting into the Head of CP&A. You will support the Global business in all aspects of the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long term planning processes, including consolidation and analysis of regional plans and commercial insight, developing P&L forecasts where required.

Responsible for commercially focussed and insightful financial and non-financial forecasting and analysis, that enables sound decision making through clear and concise presentation tailored for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Responsible for managing three analysts, who are able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of their business areas to deliver insightful and consistent analysis, as well as robust deal and investment assessments, focusing on capitalising on our IP.
Identify opportunities for analysis, carrying it out and delivering to the business or the Head of Commercial Finance as applicable to support decision making.
Provide pragmatic advice to commercial teams to help deliver most value for the organisation whilst applying best practice methodologies.
In collaboration with other FP&A Managers, promote the consistent use of tools and standardised financial forecasting and analysis processes.

A successful Finance Business Partner demonstrates a collaborative, proactive and self-motivated character with strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities against conflicting deadlines. You’ll be adept at influencing across the board, with an adaptive and inclusive communication style. Proficient in Excel and advanced modelling experience, you are skilled at creating and maintaining complex financial models. Accomplished in forecasting, reporting and consolidations in a complex multinational and experience in a multi-currency business environment is advantageous.
A strong working knowledge of SAP/Business Warehouse is preferable
