HR Business Partner - BBC Studios

We’re now looking for a talented HR Business Partner to support our Production and HQ teams on a continuing basis to support the business in achieving it’s organisational ambitions around culture, inclusion, leadership and helping us to make BBC Studios an amazing place to work.

Role Responsibility

This is an opportunity to join a fast paced HR team supporting Production and the Studios HQ team through a period of growth and change. Working closely with the MD for Production you’ll help deliver the people strategy and be focused on embedding OD and culture change. You’ll be working across teams in the UK so some travel will be required.

Are you the right candidate?

The successful candidate will have experience as a senior HR professional, and hold an excellent track record for building strong professional relationships and credibility.  You will ideally have production experience, knowledge of working closely with unions and have proven business partnering experience in both a creative and commercial environment.
