We are now looking for an experienced Specialist/ Junior Business Partner to support our Global Distribution business as our new HR Specialist.

Role Responsibility

As HR Specialist, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver our exciting and ambitious people agenda, within BBC Studios Global Distribution. You’ll be embedded within a global HR team, working closely with EMEA based stakeholders to drive the delivery of the people strategy, with a focus on culture, diversity & inclusion and leadership

You will act as a trusted advisor to your business area, working on the people strategy, but also supporting on a wide range of day to day HR issues and projects. This role is quite autonomous, and is an amazing opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced team.


Are you the right candidate?

  • You will have previous experience in a HR generalist role, either at Senior Specialist or Junior HR Business Partner level
  • You will be confident working in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • You’re confident working autonomously and at pace
  • You’re proactive and able to take the initiative with problem solving
  • You’re a great communicator who can build relationships at all levels of the business
  • You’re looking for a role with the scope to develop your HR skills
  • You’ve had experience working with team in the EMEA region
