Head of HR - Production, BBC Studios

We’re now looking for a talented Head of HR to join our BBC Studios HR team to support our Production arm of the business achieve it’s organisational ambitions around culture, inclusion, leadership and helping us to make BBC Studios an amazing place to work.

Role Responsibility

We’re a global production and distribution company with ambitious plans for growth. As Head of HR you’ll provide strategic HR support to our Production business, deputise for the Director of HR as required and represent BBC Studios at group level in the BBC.

You’ll also provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to HR Business Partners, encouraging and supporting the delivery of a high standard of HR service and enabling development and implementation of solutions aligned to strategy.

Are you the right candidate?

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience gained ideally in a production business or  large organisation with multiple stakeholders, including matrix relationships. You’ll also have extensive experience of operating in a business partner model in a commercial environment, working with leaders on strategy, change and culture. Ideally you'll also bring experience of working in an international company.
