Following recent changes within BBC Studios, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Business Operations professional to join the Global Sales team. This is a unique role, acting as a pivotal conduit between multiple areas of the organisation and the Global Sales team, enabling the delivery of global sales strategies and ensuring continuous improvements.
The role will report into the Director of Sales Planning and will be responsible for developing and championing the voice and requirements of the Global Sales team - encouraging capability, productivity and efficiencies. You will have oversight of business operations and support the implementations of key initiatives across Brands, Marketing, Content, Operations, Technology, Insights and HR.
Lead the Global Content sales business operations initiatives directed by Director of Sales Planning and CSG (Content Sales Group), championing efficiencies and enabling implementation of the wider business strategy.
Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic operational initiatives as part of (SF500) business efficiencies initiatives across the end to end Content Sales value chain, reporting back to senior forums and Content Sales Operating Group.
Lead and propose operational efficiencies across our customers, tracking progress and productivity.
Lead the business operations initiatives on behalf of and reporting back to the new Content Sales Operating Group.
Partner with Head of Customer Products, reviewing and approving major projects impacting the overall sales ecosystem.
Partner with HR and OD teams to ensure the next generation sales capability programme is fit for purpose, reporting back to the CSG (Content Sales Group).
Stay abreast of BBC Studios’ competitor and customer activity tracking, reporting back the centre at regular intervals with an annual presentation to the wider business.
Oversee operational management of business initiatives in Content Sales Operating Group.
