Learning and Development Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity in our HR team in BBC Worldwide organising the delivery of training and development, developing and implementing digital learning, co-ordinating the usage of the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting the Organisational Development (OD) team in all projects related to talent and learning.
As Learning and Development Coordinator you'll manage the day-to-day delivery of learning and development including managing the L&D calendar, scheduling and organising training & development events, and monitoring attendance, completion and feedback. You'll also work closely with the OD team to design and deliver digital learning opportunities and manage social media platforms for OD.
Are you the right candidate?
Our ideal candidate will likely have some experience in HR/Training, but it's not essential. What you will bring is:
- Strong organisational skills – attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical skills relating to digital content, social media and on-line systems
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to problem solve including strong use of initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
