Marketing Coordinator

Bluey – the multiple award-winning preschool hit show - is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and goal-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help drive growth across the Americas. Already a top-performing show on Disney, Bluey is the fastest growing licensed pre-school toy property in the US and is ever expanding across a multitude of categories. The Marketing Coordinator will join an energetic & fun-loving BBC Studios team, reporting to the Brand Manager. This role will focus on asset deliverables, building creative and marketing solutions, facilitating consumer product relationships and overall support of the Bluey team in the Americas.

Role Responsibility

  • Contribute to, build upon, and help facilitate marketing ideas that differentiate BBC Studios children’s content from the competition
  • Create summary decks on-brand campaign performance to help maximize learnings for the Americas markets
  • Initiate and maintain new ways to track key partner activity
  • Coordinate the development of trade materials during licensing shows, toy previews and toy fairs for Bluey
  • Oversee character meet and greets and other activations for Bluey

Scope & Impact

  • Support on various marketing projects including opportunities across platforms & events
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets for partners and internal stakeholders
  • Create presentations as needed for internal and external audiences


  • Support the Brand Manager in key deliverables across the Marketing Mix in the US, CA and LatAm
  • Work cross-functionally to assist and help execute various marketing campaigns across trade + consumer activity

Are you the right candidate?


  • Proactive, collaborative team player who is keen to grow their knowledge and develop their skills
  • Passion for the Bluey brand and children’s space
  • Familiarity with BBC programming and British television programming in general a plus

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in an entertainment role, preferably in a marketing department
