Sales Support Fiction

Job Introduction

Preparation of availability lists, rights checks, presentations and pitch material

Showing first class customer service ensuring all existing and new clients timely receive all the required assets (video, picture, and promotional material, metadata, etc.)

Monitoring timelines and coordinating the operational delivery process

Maintaining relationships with our clients, as well as keeping close relationships with all relevant teams of BBC Studios in London and other international offices.

Execute own projects independently and work with the Sales Manager/Executives under supervision to pitch and promote sales to our clients

Role Responsibility

Dedication and interest in the TV and digital market, technical innovations and working in a fast-paced and exciting industry

Administrative experience is an advantage

Highly organized person, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy

Passion for content and editorial work

Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Excel) / CMP experience is helpful; the ability and affinity to learn new systems and databases

Good team player with a pro-active attitude

Fluent English and German essential
