Sales Support, Poland - 12 month FTC

We are seeking a Sales Support to join the team in Warsaw, on a 12 month FTC. You will support Branded Services (BBC Channels & digital products) Sales team in their day-to-day activities related to sales and customer management and be responsible for customer admin and enabling the Sales Executives and Commercial Director in growing and developing BBC Studios’ revenues and client relations CEE & MENA. The role ensures effective administration of the Sales Department and smooth information flow.
Due to the territory, the role requires fluency in English and Polish language.
- Preparing reports, client summaries and pulling together business presentations
- Coordinating approvals and documents workflow in line with procedures
- Support in bad debts collection and solving invoicing issues
- Responsibility for sales and customer systems updates (CRM/SAP/Reporting) and gathering data from clients
- Support for customers in all admin related issues
Are you the right candidate?
At BBC Studios, we seek people who are passionate about who we are and what we do.
Being fluent in English & Polish, you’ll have had previous administrative experience in a sales support environment, preferably within media. You will pick up new systems quickly and a working knowledge of excel. Confidence communicating with clients and other teams will be essential, as will excellent organisation and time management skills.
You’ll be confident working in a fast paced environment, with an eagerness to take initiative and the ability to work under pressure will be key. This position would suit a strong coordinator with an interest in developing market knowledge on TV and distribution.
Contract: 12 month contract
