Senior HR Business Partner, BBC Studios
BBC Studios is a global creative powerhouse for the development, production and distribution of bold, British, content. With a turnover of around £1.4 billion, we aim to bring customers and audiences across the world distinctive and high quality content covering a range of specialisms, through a unique combination of BBC editorial values, cutting edge craft, and access to diverse talent across all markets.
It’s an exciting time to join us! BBC Studios was formed in April 2018 through the merger of the BBC’s Production and Distribution arms. We have a large programme of change underway, not only to fully integrate the divisions following the merger, but also cultural change to truly become one company. We’re now looking for a talented Head of HR to join our team.
We’re a global production and distribution company with ambitious plans for growth. As Head of HR you’ll provide strategic HR support to our Senior Leadership Team in BBC Studios, deputise for the Director of HR as required and represent BBC Studios at group level in the BBC.
You’ll also provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to HR Business Partners, encouraging and supporting the delivery of a high standard of HR service and enabling development and implementation of solutions aligned to strategy.
Are you the right candidate?
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience gained in a large organisation with multiple stakeholders, including matric relationships. You’ll also have extensive experience of operating in a business partner model and working with leaders on strategy and change. You’ll need experience of employee relations and advising on complex cases and negotiating with Trade Unions.
If you’re an ambitious HR leader ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
A permanent full time opportunity.
