Senior Resourcing Advisor - Technology

As well as being behind iPlayer, Sounds and the News, Sports and Children’s services, we develop, support and maintain the systems and infrastructure that keeps the BBC on air, and we are responsible for the biggest British-run digital service in the world.
To continue to deliver this, identifying and attracting the very best talent is crucial, and we are now looking for a Senior Resourcing Advisor to deliver our talent acquisition strategy.
As part of our HR Resourcing & Talent team, you’ll be aligned to BBC Design + Engineering, working closely and consulting with senior and key stakeholders to deliver first class end to end resourcing solutions, ensuring a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience that continually exceeds expectations.
You’ll focus on strategic resourcing, managing the end to end resourcing process from attraction to on-boarding, as well as continuing to develop our talent pipeline and our employee value proposition.
You’ll have the scope to innovate and explore new talent acquisition techniques, tools and methodologies to ensure that BBC Design + Engineering attracts the very best talent across all levels and technologies.
Are you the right candidate?
We’re looking for a talented, passionate and results-driven recruiter, who is a true consultant and business partner. You’ll have a background and depth of experience in resourcing within the Technology sector and, as you’ll work closely with stakeholders in areas such as Architecture, UX and R&D, experience in hiring Architects, UX Designers, Engineers and Technologists is vital.
You'll have prior experience working in an in-house, agency or RPO environment, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders credibly, and you’ll have a proven track record in managing a high volume of roles.
Your experience will include the latest techniques in market mapping, headhunting and talent pooling/pipelining as well as regulation and policy in relation to resourcing.
