Advertising Solutions Manager

Job Introduction

The Advertising Solutions Manager will aid the Commercial Technology team in the assessment and introduction of best in class, revenue-earning solutions. They will assess internal requirements and investigate market opportunities that might be able to match business needs. They will be required to work with the SVP, Commercial Technology to package technical solutions and to present them to the organization as well as aid in their rollout.

This is a role based in New York but with a Global remit to bring in new opportunities and new revenue sources through the lens of technical and operational understanding. It is expected that this role will be a vital aid to the head of department in planning rollouts and revenue potential.

Role Responsibility

· Continually work with the team to spot opportunities for revenue development within the business and help to identify gaps.

· Assess the market for opportunities and innovations across a varied range of subject matter, including but not limited to formats, programmatic, audience targeting, ad quality, consent.

· Examine supplier proposals, bring ideas to life and present rationale to the team and the wider organisation.

· Determine action plans, identify relevant collaborators and organise technical work in conjunction advertising technology team, developers, advertising sales and business operations.

· Aid with integration of solutions into the business.

· Engage with industry on standards development.

· Assist in the day-to-day running of systems as required.

The Ideal Candidate


· Ability to assess proposals, including commercial as well as technical information and to summarize appropriately for multiple audiences.

· A relationship builder, internally and externally with ability to bring a team of collaborators together and build enthusiasm.

· Eager to contribute to business discussion, help influence the thinking of leadership and to gain acceptance for particular projects.


Knowledge & Skills

· Excellent analytical skills but can formulate findings simply and efficiently.

· Strong communication skills at varying levels of seniority

· Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities


Professional Experience

· Proven experience of working with ad technology supply chain with established network of contacts across the eco-system.
